How do I care for Paparazzi jewelry?

Avoid the "5-S's"...Shower, Sleep, Swim, Sweat, and Spray. Clean your items with a soft cloth. Do not submerse them in bath or dishwater.

What happens if my jewelry gets wet?

If you accidentally get your jewelry wet, remove the piece immediately and gently blot away any moisture and let dry.

Can I clean the jewelry with cleaner?

Do not use jewelry cleaner.

Will my jewelry cause discoloration?

Lotions and perfumes could cause discoloration under your rings as well as your body chemistry. If this happens, try clear nail polish on the inside of your new rings.

What is the refund policy?

All pieces are inspected prior to being shipped. For damaged items please inform me within 48 hours of receiving the item with pictures. There will be no credit or exchange after that. Email is: shimmerandshineshack@yahoo.com.
